Darspreet is a resident of New Jersey, who recently obtained her MPH in Policy and Management from Loyola University Chicago. She graduated with an MS in Clinical Bioethics in 2014, from Union Graduate College (now Clarkson University) and Icahn School of Medicine, in NY. Her passion for bioethics arose during her undergraduate years, inspiring her to pursue a double major in two relevant fields: philosophy and allied health studies. She combined both subjects to emphasize her interest in philosophy in healthcare, and went on to explore bioethics in graduate school. She aspires to contribute to research and policy-making in ethics, and practice clinical consultations. She has supplemented her bioethics education with a degree in healthcare policy and management, to establish competency towards her career goals. Her primary interests are neuroethics, philosophy in medicine, genetic ethics, and morality.
