Michael Reaves graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Arizona ('15) with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, Economics and Law. He went on to complete a M.S. in Bioethics at Columbia University. ('17)
While a graduate student, Michael worked in research oversight at the New York State Psychiatric Institute. After completing his masters degree, Michael began working as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. He works in collaboration with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to facilitate clinical research in local health clinics.
Michael enjoys writing on controversial topics in healthcare technology, research ethics and pharmaceutical law. He plans to pursue a J.D. with a focus in health and immigration law.
